Women's Altra Experience Flow 3

Keep things light with the Altra Experience Flow 3.

This everyday trainer brings together lightweight performance and effortless comfort through Altra EGO P35 cushioning and a rocker shape geometry that helps ward off tired, achy feet on longer runs. With an updated engineered mesh upper and redesigned heel collar, the Experience Flow 3 gives you the breathability and comfort to show up fully for every run—whether that's at your local run club or on solo miles around the neighborhood.

Details:

• Upper: Updated engineered mesh improves breathability to keep your feet comfortable when you're putting in the miles. The redesigned heel collar adds comfort where it counts, while Altra's signature FootShape fit gives your toes the room to spread naturally with a secure midfoot.
• Midsole: Altra EGO P35 foam delivers lightweight cushioning that's designed for efficiency and comfort. The rocker shape geometry works with the 4 mm drop to create smooth transitions that help make your stride feel more effortless, especially when you're going longer.
• Outsole: Strategic rubber placement provides reliable traction where you need it most, while keeping the overall weight down.
